Scroll down for detailsYou are a BIPOC woman, and you are a leader - in your home life, work life, in organizing spaces, or in your community.
You have been shown a certain blueprint for leadership, and yet, that blueprint does not resonate with you.
You are ready to question that blueprint, and to lean in, but not in the girlboss kind of way.
Rather, you are ready to lean in to a style of leadership and influence that feels grounded in collectivism and that feels true to who you are.
This workshop+mini retreat allows you to take your first step towards that vision.

What to Expect
In this workshop + mini retreat, you will be gently but firmly guided from feeling like you exist in a disconnected, burnt out, hamster wheel reality into an embodied connection with your self and your truth.
You will engage in practices that allow you to bring in and hold on to who you want to be in the spaces where you lead (work, home, community, organizing space, etc).
You will also be led through a workshop that encourages you to identify and let go of the stories that keep you playing the game of cutthroat competitiveness and scarcity, then guides you through ways that you can resist and counteract those stories.
Note: This is a women-only event, and as there is an optional (but recommended) hot sauna and cold plunge element, all staff on location will also be women.
❋ Intentional Structure
We combine somatic, embodied experiences with structured learning and reflection time. The hot sauna and cold plunge allow us to immerse our senses and train our nervous systems for resilience, while increasing alertness and opening up our minds for the workshop portion.
❋ Community Building
Connect with others, and build a community that uplifts and pushes you while holding you accountable. We intentionally keep the group small to encourage deeper connections to form.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive Space (including food!)
Our events prioritize comfort, psychological safety, and respect so that you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
We’re also big fans of snacks, so you can expect that, too.
