I’m Hala Saleh, founder of Future Collective Coaching.
As a technologist with 20+ years of experience in the Tech industry who is also dedicated to collective liberation, I have a unique perspective on leadership.
I believe that as leaders, and especially as women, we have an active role in birthing the new world that is emerging. One where systems of oppression have no place, and collectivism thrives.
I work with individuals and organizations that care about creating a more just, equitable, and intentional world. We all have a role to play, regardless of our industry or where our leadership shows up (work, home, organizing, community, etc.)
In addition to coaching, I offer fractional and interim Product Leadership and Product Strategy consulting for all sizes and stages of companies and digital product development. I am a partner and strategic advisor to multiple non-profits.
I am also a community builder, and have founded a community space and café called Ya Hala Seattle, with the purpose of creating a safe space for collective healing.
